個人情報の取り扱いについて
当社では、個人情報の取り扱いに際して、「個人情報保護方針」に従うと共に、下記の事項を遵守してまいります。当社が、お客様から個人情報を収集させて頂く場合には、その利用または提供目的を明らかにした上で個人情報の収集をいたします。
お客様から収集させて頂いた個人情報の利用につきましては、予めお客様に明示させて頂きました目的の範囲内での利用に限定致します。収集の際に明示した目的の範囲を超えてお客様の個人情報を利用する必要が生じた場合には、その都度お客様にご通知の上、必要な手続きを取らせて頂きます。
1. 取得する個人情報の項目
当社は、お客様に関する次に掲げる個人情報を取得します。
（1）本人確認に関する情報
氏名，住所，郵便番号，性別，生年月日，電話番号，メールアドレス，アカウントのID 及びパスワード，SNS アカウント情報，免許証・住民票など公的証明書に関する情報等
（2）お取引に関する情報
お取引内容及び購入履歴に関する情報等
（3）決済に関する情報
金融機関口座に関する情報，決済及びその方法に関する情報等
（4）サービスのご利用に際して取得する情報
クッキー（Cookie）ID 等のオンライン上の識別子，ご利用の端末情報，位置情報，閲覧履歴その他のサービスの利用状況（アクセスログ，IP アドレス，ブラウザ情報，ブラウザの言語設定等を含みます）等
（5）その他の情報
お客様から当社へのお問い合わせ・ご連絡等に関する情報等
2. 個人情報の利用目的
1）直接書面やデータで取得する個人情報について
（1）お問合せの際に取得する個人情報、またセミナーやイベント等の参加を目的として取得する個人情報
・お問い合わせに対し適切に対応し、管理するため
・取得する個人情報は、セミナーに関するご案内・ご連絡、セミナーの参加登録、及び当社からの情報提供のため

・シャンパーニュ騎士団日本支部の運営、レストラン及びバー等の飲食店の経営、酒類の輸出入及び販売、食品及び飲料の輸出入及び販売、イベント、キャンペーン、展示会、パーティ等の企画、運営及びそれらのコンサルティング、旅行及び観光に関する調査、企画、運営及びそれらのコンサルティング等の事業を契約内容に従って適切に遂行するため
・契約に基づき受託した企画やキャンペーン等の業務を遂行するため
（2）イベント、セミナー会場で撮影する画像
・イベント、セミナー運営の記録のため（同情報をプロモーション目的に使用することがございますが、その場合はご本人が識別できないよう匿名化して利用いたします。）

※なお、個別に利用目的を明示又は通知する場合には、その利用目的によるものとします。
（4）人材紹介会社、求人サイト等より弊社求人にご応募いただいた方の個人情報

3. 取得したアクセスログ等の個人に関する情報について
当社は、取得したアクセスログ等の個人に関する情報を以下のような目的で利用します。なお、当該情報を当社が取得した個人情報と結びつけて利用する場合がありますが、その場合の利用目的は、当個人情報保護方針で定める「個人情報の利用目的」の範囲内に限るものとします。
1）お客様の同一性の確認および利便性のため
2）お客様に最適なサービス、コンテンツなどをご提供するため
3）サービス品質の向上のため
4）行動ターゲティング広告のため
また、当社が取得するアクセスログ等の個人に関する情報の詳細については、次の通りです。
（1）アクセスログの取得について
当社は、当社が運営するウェブサイトにお客様がアクセスされた際に、その情報をアクセスログというかたちで取得し、一定期間保存しております。アクセスログに含まれる情報は、アクセスされた日時、アクセス回数、IPアドレス、使用しているブラウザの種類、クッキー（Cookie）情報などであり、お客様の氏名や住所など個人を識別可能な情報は含みません。この情報は、個人を特定する目的ではなく、サービス向上の一環として利用しております。
（2）クッキーの利用について
クッキーとは、ウェブページを利用したときに、ウェブサーバーとお客様のブラウザとの間で送受信される小さなデータファイルのことで、お客様がご利用のパソコンやスマートフォン等でクッキーを受け取る設定にしている場合（クッキーの受け取りを許可している場合）に、お使いのパソコンやスマートフォン等の所定の場所に保存されます。次回、同じサイトにアクセスすると、クッキーの情報を使って、ページの運営者はお客様ごとに表示を変えるなどすることができます。尚、クッキーはお客様のブラウザを識別することはできますが、クッキーの情報だけでお客様自身を識別することはできません。当社が運営するウェブサイトの一部でも、クッキーを利用しています。
（3）クッキーの設定について
お客様は、ご自身でクッキーの受け取りを拒否する、あるいは、クッキーを受け取った場合に警告を表示させるようブラウザの設定を変更することができます（詳しくはご使用のブラウザの「ヘルプ」メニューなどでご確認ください）。
（4）他社のクッキーについて
当社が運営するウェブサイトでは、お客様がご覧になるコンテンツや広告をお客様の個人情報を含まない属性に基づいてパーソナライズ表示したり、お客様のサービス利用について分析し新規サービスの開発や既存サービスの改善をしたりするためなどに、当社の提携先や広告主である第三者企業が当社の許可のもと、お客様にクッキーを送受信し、利用することがあります。取得されるクッキー情報は当社のサーバーではなく、提携先や第三者企業のサーバーに蓄積され、各企業の個人情報保護方針やプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。
（5）行動ターゲティング広告について
当社ではお客様により有益な広告を表示する手法の一つとして、お客様の興味関心に関連した広告を表示する「行動ターゲティング広告」を配信しています。当社が運営するウェブサイトの広告の一部は、提携先から配信を受けており、その広告においては、クッキー等を利用してその提携先が行動ターゲティング広告を配信している場合があります。これら提携先による行動ターゲティング広告のオプトアウト（無効化）については、それぞれの提携先のサイトにてお手続きください。
（6）第三者が保有する個人関連情報について
第三者より受け取った個人情報が特定できない個人関連情報（クッキーやアクセスログに基づくお客様の属性や趣味の推測データ）を当社が保有するクッキー情報を介して、取得する場合がございます。取得・関連付けた情報は、個人を特定する目的ではなく、外部に提供することをせず、サービス向上の一環として利用いたします。
4. 個人情報の第三者への提供の禁止、開示について
当社および当社関係会社がお客様から取得させていただいた個人情報は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、第三者に提供、開示をすることはありません。
1）お客様の事前の同意・承諾を得た場合。
2）当社の合併・分社化・営業譲渡などによる事業の承継に伴って、個人情報を提供する場合。
3）当社のサイトやサービスに必要な業務（決済など）を代行する企業および当社が受託している
サービス（アンケートなど）の依頼元企業への上記「個人情報の利用目的」達成に必要な範囲で個人情報の取り扱いを委託する場合。
4）法令に基づく場合。
5）お客様および第三者の生命・身体・財産などに重大な損害が発生することを防止するために必要と判断した場合。
（1）刑事訴訟法に基づく照会など、法令に基づく場合
（2）人の生命、身体または財産の保護に必要であり、かつ本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
（3）公衆衛生、児童の健全な育成に特に必要な場合
（4）国などの公的機関から任意に提供を求められ、当社が適切であると判断した場合
6）カード発行会社が行う不正利用検知・防止のために、請求先住所、請求先メールアドレス、請求先電話番号、配送先住所、インターネット利用環境に関する情報等を、お客様が利用されているカード発行会社へ提供する場合。
なお、お客様が利用されているカード発行会社が外国にある場合、これらの情報は当該発行会社が所属する国に移転される場合があります。当社では、お客様から収集した情報からは、ご利用のカード発行会社及び当該会社が所在する国を特定することができないため、以下の個人情報保護措置に関する情報を把握して、ご提供することはできません。
・提供先が所在する外国の名称
・当該国の個人情報保護に関する情報
・発行会社の個人情報保護の措置
なお、各国における個人情報保護制度に関する情報については、個人情報保護委員会のホームページ（https://www.ppc.go.jp/)に掲載されております。
5. 共同利用について
当社は、次に掲げるとおり個人情報の共同利用を行います。
（1）共同利用の範囲となる対象会社：シャンパーニュ騎士団 本部（フランス／ランス）
（2）共同利用の範囲、目的：上記の「個人情報の利用目的」の内、当社が日本支部の運営を行うシャンパーニュ騎士団の会員情報およびイベント、セミナー等参加者に関する個人情報の扱い
（3）共同利用する個人情報の項目：氏名、住所、電話番号、性別、メールアドレス、その他お申し込み・お問い合わせ・アンケート等で当社にご登録いただいた情報等
（4）共同利用責任者：株式会社ADDIX（東京都中央区日本橋室町四丁目3番9号 ＺＡＮＡＴＥ株式会社 代表取締役社長 クリスチャン・ボラー）
（5）取得方法：お客様からのお申し込み、お問い合わせ等および当社ネットワークシステムより取得（紙、電子データ）
6. 個人情報の委託について
当個人情報の取扱いを委託することがあります。委託にあたっては、委託先における個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう、適正な委託先を選定するとともに個人情報保護に関する契約を委託先と取り交わし、委託先に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
7. 保有個人データの開示・訂正・追加・削除等の請求等について
当個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加または削除、利用の停止・消去および第三者への提供の停止、第三者提供記録の開示（「開示等」といいます。）を受け付けております。
お客様が法令に基づいて個人情報の訂正、追加、利用の停止を要望される場合には、お客様ご自身のご要望であることを確認のうえで必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき、個人情報を訂正・追加または利用の停止をいたします（ただし、法令上これをお断りすることができる場合を除きます）。また当社は、お客様から法令に基づいて個人情報の削除を求められた場合、当社が当該請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合は、お客様ご本人からのご請求であることを確認のうえで、個人情報の削除を行います（ただし、法令上これをお断りすることができる場合を除きます）。開示等の求めは、以下の「個人情報苦情及び相談窓口」で受け付けます。
8. 個人情報の安全管理の為に講じた措置について
当社は、個人情報をより厳正に取り扱うため、JISQ15001に準拠した個人情報保護方針を基に、個人情報保護規程等を策定し、外的環境を把握した上で個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを運用しております。また、実際に個人情報を取り扱うにあたり、組織的、人的、物理的、技術的の4つの観点より安全措置を講じております。

9. 個人情報ご提供の任意性について
個人情報のご提供は任意ですが、必須項目の情報をご提供いただけない場合、回答・対応等ができないことがあります。

Handling of Personal Information
In handling personal information, ZANATE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall comply with the following matters in addition to adhering to our "Privacy Policy." When the Company collects personal information from customers, we will do so after clarifying the purpose of its use or provision.
The use of personal information collected from customers shall be strictly limited to the scope of the purposes explicitly stated to the customer in advance. If a need arises to use a customer's personal information beyond the scope of the purposes specified at the time of collection, we will notify the customer on each occasion and take the necessary procedures.
1. Items of Personal Information to be Acquired
The Company acquires the following personal information regarding customers:
(1) Information regarding identity verification Name, address, postal code, gender, date of birth, telephone number, email address, account ID and password, SNS account information, information related to official certificates such as driver's licenses and certificates of residence, etc.
(2) Information regarding transactions Information regarding transaction details, purchase history, etc.
(3) Information regarding payment Information regarding financial institution accounts, information regarding payments and payment methods, etc.
(4) Information acquired upon use of services Online identifiers such as Cookie IDs, device information used, location information, browsing history, and other service usage status (including access logs, IP addresses, browser information, browser language settings, etc.)
(5) Other information Information regarding inquiries and communications from customers to the Company, etc.
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
1) Personal information acquired directly in writing or electronically
(1) Personal information acquired through inquiries, or for the purpose of participating in seminars, events, etc.
● To appropriately respond to and manage inquiries.
● To provide guidance and communications regarding seminars, register seminar participation, and provide information from the Company.
● For sales activities such as providing, guiding, contacting, and arranging meetings for the Company's services.
(2) Personal information acquired when applying for job openings
● For administrative processing such as recruitment selection and communications regarding recruitment selection.
(3) Personal information acquired from registration, application, or survey responses for various services of the Company, or through the purchase of the Company's services and products
● To send registration URLs for utilizing the services.
● To simplify customer input by automatically displaying registered customer information on service application screens.
● To provide information via various email newsletters to those who have consented.
● For the delivery of purchased products such as beverages, food, and other items.

● For research and analysis aimed at providing services tailored to customer needs.
● To provide content and deliver advertisements tailored to customer needs.
● To investigate service defects and respond to customers.
● To respond to customers who violate the terms of service.
● To prevent and respond to fraudulent activities, etc.
● To create statistical data processed into a format that cannot identify individuals, and to respond to press releases, research materials, etc., utilizing such statistical data.
2) Personal information acquired indirectly or by means other than writing
(1) Personal information handled in operations entrusted by clients or partner companies
● To appropriately execute businesses in accordance with contract details, such as the operation of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne Japan branch; management of food and beverage establishments such as restaurants and bars; import/export and sale of alcoholic beverages; import/export and sale of food and beverages; planning, operation, and consulting of events, campaigns, exhibitions, and parties; and research, planning, operation, and consulting related to travel and tourism.
● To execute operations such as planning and campaigns entrusted based on contracts.
(2) Images taken at event and seminar venues
● For recording event and seminar operations (This information may be used for promotional purposes, in which case it will be anonymized so that the individual cannot be identified).
(3) Personal information of persons making inquiries by telephone
● To appropriately respond to and manage inquiries.
● Note: If the purpose of use is explicitly stated or notified individually, such purpose of use shall apply.
(4) Personal information of persons applying for the Company's job openings through employment agencies, recruitment websites, etc.
● For recruitment selection and communications regarding recruitment selection, etc.
3. Information Related to Individuals such as Acquired Access Logs
The Company utilizes information related to individuals, such as acquired access logs, for the following purposes. The Company may use this information in connection with personal information acquired by the Company, but the purpose of use in such cases shall be limited to the scope of the "Purpose of Use of Personal Information" stipulated in this Privacy Policy.
1. For confirmation of customer identity and convenience.
2. To provide customers with optimal services, content, etc.
3. For improving service quality.
4. For behavioral targeting advertising.
The details of the information related to individuals, such as access logs acquired by the Company, are as follows:
(1) Acquisition of Access Logs When a customer accesses a website operated by the Company, the Company acquires that information in the form of an access log and stores it for a certain period. The information included in the access log consists of the date and time of access, the number of accesses, the IP address, the type of browser used, Cookie information, etc., and does not include personally identifiable information such as the customer's name or address. This information is used as part of service improvement and not for the purpose of identifying individuals.
(2) Use of Cookies Cookies are small data files transmitted and received between a web server and a customer's browser when utilizing a web page. If the customer's computer or smartphone is configured to receive cookies (if the receipt of cookies is permitted), they are saved in a designated location on the computer or smartphone used. When accessing the same site next time, the page operator can use the cookie information to change the display for each customer. Although cookies can identify the customer's browser, they cannot identify the customer themselves solely through cookie information. Cookies are used on parts of the websites operated by the Company.
(3) Cookie Settings Customers can change their browser settings to refuse the receipt of cookies or to display a warning when cookies are received (for details, please check the "Help" menu of the browser you are using).
(4) Cookies of Third-Party Companies On websites operated by the Company, partner companies or third-party advertisers may, with the Company's permission, send, receive, and utilize cookies to and from customers. This is done to personalize content and advertisements viewed by customers based on attributes that do not include personal information, or to analyze the customer's service utilization to develop new services or improve existing services. Acquired cookie information is accumulated not on the Company's servers, but on the servers of partner companies or third-party companies, and is managed in accordance with the personal information protection policies or privacy policies of each respective company.
(5) Behavioral Targeting Advertising As one method for displaying more beneficial advertisements to customers, the Company delivers "behavioral targeting advertising" that displays advertisements related to customer interests. A portion of the advertisements on websites operated by the Company is delivered by partner companies, and such partner companies may utilize cookies, etc., to deliver behavioral targeting advertising. For the opt-out (invalidation) of behavioral targeting advertising by these partner companies, please proceed on the respective partner companies' sites.
(6) Personally Referable Information Held by Third Parties The Company may acquire personally referable information received from third parties from which specific individuals cannot be identified (such as customer attribute or interest inference data based on cookies or access logs) through cookie information held by the Company. Acquired or linked information will be used as part of service improvement and will not be provided externally, nor will it be used for the purpose of identifying individuals.
4. Prohibition of Provision and Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
Personal information acquired from customers by the Company and its affiliates will not be provided or disclosed to third parties, except in any of the following cases:
1. When the prior consent or approval of the customer has been obtained.
2. When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger, company split, business transfer, etc., of the Company.
3. When outsourcing the handling of personal information to a company that executes operations required for the Company's sites or services (such as payments), or to a client company that has requested services (such as surveys) undertaken by the Company, within the scope necessary to achieve the aforementioned "Purpose of Use of Personal Information".
4. When based on laws and regulations.
5. When it is determined necessary to prevent significant damage from occurring to the life, body, property, etc., of the customer or a third party.
○ (a) Cases based on laws and regulations, such as inquiries based on the Code of Criminal Procedure.
○ (b) Cases where it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
○ (c) Cases where it is particularly necessary for public health or the sound growth of children.
○ (d) Cases where voluntary provision is requested by a public institution such as the state, and the Company deems it appropriate.
6. When providing billing addresses, billing email addresses, billing telephone numbers, delivery addresses, information regarding the internet usage environment, etc., to the card issuing company utilized by the customer, for the purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent use conducted by the card issuing company.
○ If the card issuing company utilized by the customer is located in a foreign country, this information may be transferred to the country to which the issuing company belongs. Because the Company cannot identify the card issuing company used or the country where the company is located from the information collected from customers, the Company cannot grasp and provide information regarding the following personal information protection measures:
■ Name of the foreign country where the recipient is located
■ Information regarding personal information protection in the respective country
■ Personal information protection measures of the issuing company
○ Information regarding personal information protection systems in various countries is published on the website of the Personal Information Protection Commission ( https://www.ppc.go.jp/ ).
5. Joint Use
The Company conducts the joint use of personal information as follows:
(1) Scope of Companies Subject to Joint Use: Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne Headquarters (Reims, France)
(2) Scope and Purpose of Joint Use: Within the "Purpose of Use of Personal Information," the handling of member information of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, for which the Company operates the Japan branch, and personal information regarding participants in events, seminars, etc.
(3) Items of Personal Information to be Jointly Used: Name, address, telephone number, gender, email address, and other information registered with the Company through applications, inquiries, surveys, etc.
(4) Party Responsible for Joint Use: ADDIX, Inc. (ZANATE Co., Ltd., 4-3-9 Nihonbashi Muromachi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Christian Bollard)
(5) Acquisition Method: Acquired via applications, inquiries, etc., from customers, and from the Company's network systems (paper, electronic data)
6. Outsourcing of Personal Information
The Company may outsource the handling of personal information. Upon outsourcing, the Company will select an appropriate contractor to ensure that the secure management of personal information is achieved at the contractor, enter into a contract regarding personal information protection with the contractor, and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor.
7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Addition, Deletion, etc., of Retained Personal Data
The Company accepts requests for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction of details, addition or deletion, suspension of use/erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of third-party provision records (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc.") of personal information.
If a customer requests correction, addition, or suspension of use of personal information based on laws and regulations, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves, and based on the results, correct, add, or suspend the use of the personal information (except where such refusal is permitted under laws and regulations). Furthermore, if the Company is requested by a customer to delete personal information based on laws and regulations, and the Company determines it necessary to comply with the request, the Company will delete the personal information after confirming that the request is from the individual themselves (except where such refusal is permitted under laws and regulations). Requests for Disclosure, etc., will be accepted at the "Personal Information Complaints and Consultation Desk" below.
8. Measures Taken for Secure Management of Personal Information
To handle personal information more strictly, the Company has formulated personal information protection regulations, etc., based on a privacy policy compliant with JIS Q 15001, and operates a personal information protection management system after comprehending the external environment. In actually handling personal information, secure measures are implemented from four perspectives: organizational, human, physical, and technical. 9. Voluntariness of Providing Personal Information
Providing personal information is voluntary; however, if information for mandatory items is not provided, we may not be able to respond or take appropriate action.
