個人情報保護方針
当社は、シャンパーニュ騎士団日本支部の運営、レストラン及びバー等の飲食店の経営、酒類の輸出 入及び販売、食品及び飲料の輸出入及び販売、イベント、キャンペーン、展示会、パーティ等の企 画、運営及びそれらのコンサルティング、旅行及び観光に関する調査、企画、運営及びそれらのコン サルティング等の事業を行う上で、個人情報保護は重要な社会的責務であると認識しております。当 社は、当社の事業の用に供するすべての個人情報を適切に取扱うため、当社全従業者が遵守すべき行 動基準として本個人情報保護方針を定め、その遵守の徹底を図ることといたします。
1. 当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守します。そのため、 日本産業規格「個人情報保護マネジメントシステム — 要求事項」(JIS Q 15001)に準拠した個人情報 保護マネジメントシステムを策定し、適切に運用いたします。
2. 当社は、事業の内容及び規模を考慮した適切な個人情報の取得、利用及び提供を行います。それに は特定された利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた個人情報の取扱いを行わないこと及びそのための 措置を講じることを含みます。
3. 当社は、個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合は、その取扱いを委託された個人情報の 安全管理が図られるよう、委託を受けた者に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
4. 当社は、本人の同意がある場合又は法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することは ありません。
5. 当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止及び是正のための措置を講じます。社員教育の強 化、監査体制の整備充実を通じて、個人情報マネジメントシステムを継続的に見直し改善します。
6. 当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情及び相談への適切かつ迅速な対応に努めます。また、当社 の個人情報保護方針の内容に関するお問合せ及び、当社が保有する保有個人データの開示等の請求等 （利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加又は削除、利用又は提供の停止、第三者提供記録の開示）を受 け付けます。当社の個人情報保護方針の内容に関するお問合せ及び、開示等の請求等の手続きにつき ましては、以下の「個人情報苦情及び相談窓口」までご連絡ください。
7. 当社は、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの継続的改善を行います。

Personal Information Protection Policy
(Privacy Policy)
ZANATE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that protecting personal information is an important social responsibility in conducting businesses such as the operation of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne Japan branch; management of food and beverage establishments such as restaurants and bars; import/export and sale of alcoholic beverages; import/export and sale of food and beverages; planning, operation, and consulting of events, campaigns, exhibitions, and parties; and research, planning, operation, and consulting related to travel and tourism. In order to appropriately handle all personal information provided for the use of the Company's business, the Company establishes this Personal Information Protection Policy as a standard of conduct to be observed by all employees of the Company and will ensure thorough compliance therewith.
1. The Company shall comply with laws and regulations, guidelines established by the state, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information. For this purpose, we will formulate and appropriately operate a personal information protection management system compliant with the Japanese Industrial Standards "Personal Information Protection Management Systems — Requirements" (JIS Q 15001).
2. The Company shall conduct appropriate acquisition, use, and provision of personal information considering the content and scale of the business. This includes not handling personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use, and taking measures for that purpose.
3. When outsourcing all or a part of the handling of personal information, the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the outsourced party to ensure the secure management of the personal information entrusted for handling.
4. The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties except when the consent of the individual has been obtained or when based on laws and regulations.
5. The Company shall take measures to prevent and correct the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. Through strengthening employee education and enriching/improving the audit system, we will continuously review and improve the personal information management system.
6. The Company shall strive to appropriately and promptly respond to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information. We also accept inquiries regarding the details of the Company's Personal Information Protection Policy and requests for Disclosure, etc. (notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction/addition or deletion, suspension of use or provision, disclosure of third-party provision records) of retained personal data held by the Company. 7. The Company shall conduct continuous improvement of the personal information protection management system.
